License validation server not available

    Hi,

    Our firewall is blocking some the Event Calendar PRO servers. Which IP address should be whitelisted in order to use Event Calendar PRO?

    Hi Jaime,

    Thank you for your tips, but it does not work for me.

    I am whitelisting the TCP protocol for the following IP’s at the moment:
    34.211.235.206
    54.69.187.22
    34.211.14.212
    52.89.196.208
    107.170.232.165
    162.243.159.176
    50.116.28.27

    I am still getting the error message “Sorry, key validation server is not available”.
    If I stop the firewall, everything works fine.

    Any other IP or protocol?

    Hi Andreas,

    Okay, to get some information about the issue can you please try downloading this simple plugin called Validate URL:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/uwtntzssi47tkmi/validate-url-.7.zip?dl=0

    After Activating go to Tools > Validate URL

    Enter in these two urls:

    https://theeventscalendar.com

    https://tri.be/

    As well as these two IP addresses:

    https://162.243.159.176

    https://50.116.28.27

    And let me know the response code you get.

    If none of those are able to connect it means the site is blocked from accessing our servers and you would have to whitelist those ip addresses or check the connection if no sites are accessible such as https://google.com from the validator url check.
