ParticipantHi,
Do I need to validate my license on the test site before receiving support?
I am concerned that my license will only be valid on one domain and I’ll have to come back to you to get it unlocked on that domain to be associated with the live site.
I’m trying to add an Agenda field but it doesn’t seem to be working the way I want.
I’ve tried to add a custom field: http://screencast.com/t/PZkqm224RgJp
… but it comes out like this: http://screencast.com/t/tf8GDwnKwcQK
… on this page: http://sbm-dev.selfip.com/sbm/ncp/index.php/event/meet-exchange-workshop-on-pcpppi-spotlight-on-innovation-procurement-in-horizon-2020/
If I could change the label on the Website/URL field that would probable be enough because I don’t think our events will have dedicated websites: http://screencast.com/t/EFI5Hrsw

ParticipantHey Sean!

No, you do not 🙂
I’m surprised to see this issue because it was one that we have recently fixed, and for me it works fine when I test on my local site:

Can you share your “system information” with us for the site where these issues exist? Here’s how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantThanks George,
I updated the theme and it now works, but not quite how I’d like. I’d like to add the link as a text link, not showing the full url. Is that possible?

ParticipantHey @Sean,
I’m glad to hear some progress has been made! Unfortunately modifying the link field even further as you described would require code customization beyond the scope of support here 🙁
I’m sorry about that!
If you’re interested in customizing code yourself, this guide is very handy → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
We also have a list of professional developers who are highly-rated and can be hired for customizations → http://m.tri.be/18k1
I hope this helps!
