    I noticed that my license was expiring at the end of August but didn’t notice that it was August 2018. I purchased another year of support but would like to cancel this transaction. Is there any way to do this?

    Thanks for reaching out! I can help you with your question.

    If you would like to cancel your license and you are still within the 30-day period then please send a refund request through the form on this page. Then my colleagues will process it as soon as possible.

    Please note, that based on our support policy if you cancel your license / don’t have a valid license, beside not being eligible for premium support, you will also not receive updates to Events Calendar PRO.
