License key URGENT

Hi , I have put in a request for this previously. The matter is urgent and I need Help as we are losing customers not being able to sell tickets from the events calendar. I have Purchased events calendar pro but it is telling me invalid license key. I neeD this to be fixed urgently .

Hey there Martina

I see your account as having Event Tickets Plus, not Events Calendar Pro. Is this an error?

Also, when you install our plugins, the license should be automatically applied. Are you by chance trying to enter a license key in the field that says “Event Aggregator”?
