License Key not Working in WordPress

Hi Geoff!

So I just purchased Events Calendar Pro today, excited to use features such as creating Recurring Events on our church’s WordPress site.

I obtained the license key, attempted to use it in the WordPress site, but when I copy the License Key provided for the Pro version under “Event Aggregator” in the Events Calendar License Tab, it gives me this message: “There is a new version of Event Aggregator available but your license key is invalid. View what’s new with version 1.0. Visit the Events Calendar website to check your licenses.”

When I click on “Check your licenses,” it takes me to the Events Calendar Pro license key page with the license key I have been using, along with the expiration date of the license (11/01/2017) and the Site URL (which is odd: It just says “1” underneath the banner, with no option to change the URL).

Would appreciate any insights to get the Pro version up and running on our WordPress Site!

Hey Nick!

It sounds like you haven’t installed Events Calendar Pro on your site. Download and install Events Calendar Pro on your site, activate it, and then you should be able to see a slot for the Events Calendar Pro license.
