ParticipantI just purchased a pro license, but when I go to Events>Settings>Licenses and enter my key I get the error:
“There is a new version of Event Aggregator available but your license key is invalid. View what’s new with version 1.0. Visit the Events Calendar website to check your licenses.”Please help!

ParticipantHi there,
It sounds like you’re putting your Events Calendar Pro license key into the Event Aggregator license key field — this will not work.
Please first make sure you’ve followed the steps here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-the-events-calendar-and-events-calendar-pro/
You’ll want Events Calendar Pro to be installed AND ACTIVATED on your site, after which point you should be able to head to Events → Settings → Licenses in your wp-admin — here you’ll find a license key field for Events Calendar Pro specifically. Enter your key there and you should be fine.
Please let me know how this goes and if there are any other issues or questions I can try to help with! 😀

ParticipantI am not using the Event Aggregator. I am using the The Events Calendar plugin. I have many events configured and it is definitely activated. Attached is a screenshot but with the license code removed.

ParticipantHi there,
You’re indeed not using Event Aggregator. But the license key field there is right under text that says “Event Aggregator”, indicating that it is the license key field for Event Aggregator. You cannot put your Events Calendar Pro license key there because Events Calendar Pro is not Event Aggregator.
Have you done the specific steps I recommended?

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
