ParticipantHello,
I am looking to have my licence key associate with our new LIVE site (www.providencecatholic.org), but under the License key on The Events Calendar site is keeps showing the old testing site (pchsstudent.org) even after I disconnect. The new site is a multisite, but I only plan to use the calendar on the http://www.providencecatholic.org site.
I am receiving the following message:
Thank you! You have enabled a valid license. It looks like you are using this license within a multisite network. If you have 11 or more subsites, want network-level management, and/or require automatic updates, you need to upgrade to a multisite license. Read more about license options.
I just purchased the license and now it is appearing that they are trying to get another $149 out of me.
Can you please help?
Jamie

MemberGood evening Jamie and welcome back!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the license still being associated to your test website.
I would love to help you with this topic. As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Secondly, I would:
- Remove the license key from your old site before disconnecting from your account as specified here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/
- Read the following article on how to handle exactly your situation (having a single site license on a multisite install): https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/multisite-license/
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

MemberHello Jamie,
Thank you for the system information.
I switched to your user and removed the license connection to your test website successfully.
Please make sure that the license key is removed from your test website under Events -> Settings -> Licenses. You should now be able to setup that license on the single install of your multisite following the instructions in the article.
Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,

ParticipantI have followed ALL directions perfectly. The license is no longer listed on the pchsstudent.org site. I disconnected it at least 20 times and it keeps reappearing and not showing the http://www.providencecatholic.org site.
So frustrating.
