license key is out of installs without having multiple installs

I just switched to amazon web services, which changed the address of my admin panel, but not my site. I signed up for Pro, Filter Bar and Community Events for mykidlist.com and that is still my website. However in the admin panel it’s saying that my license keys are out of installs. It’s not a new install, so it doesn’t make sense that I would have to buy another set of licenses. Can you please help me figure out what is going on/what needs to be done to reconcile it?

Hey Annie!

Sorry to hear about these issues – what may be the best option here, at least for the first step, would be to first head to http://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/license-keys.

For each license key you have on this page, use the “disconnect” link to disconnect the license from all domain names listed there.

Then try adding your license key in your wp-admin panel and see if anything improves; if nothing does improve, then in your reply can you include your “System Information”? Here’s how → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
