License Key Invalid

    Hey guys, moved our development website its full live domain, the key is now invalid, followed instructions to update domain, now there’s no domain to “make room” (as the help topic says) for the key.

    We are sorry to hear about the issue you have encountered with the migration of your website versus the license key validation.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    As it stands, I am only able to see very partial information for some reason.

    Secondly, I am noticing that your the Events Calendar Pro license is not tied to any specific domain at the time of writing. So the good news is that it should work like a charm, provided both the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro are properly installed and activated on your live site.

    Hey Geoff,

    I’ve clicked the box as requested. I dug around trying to tie the license to the domain but wasn’t able to find how. The calendar plugins are installed and events are already listed, so that’s good to go, but I can’t get the PRO features to work due to the ‘invalid key’ error.
