    I have two domains that are hyphenated. The license is not a problem with one: st-rita.org, but continues to be a problem with the other: st-ritaschool.org. Is there any fix to this?

    I’m sorry to hear about this!

    When you that things “Continue to be a problem” with that second domain you listed, can you elaborate a bit more on that? What are the specific issues that arise when you try to active your license with that second domain?

    Sorry that wasn’t clear. When I remove st-ritaschool.org and reenter the license at the site, (this was suggested in another thread) — the domain shows up in my list but at the site, the license key just isn’t there when I go back to check it. And so updates are’t available. Hope that helps.

    Hey @Ralph,

    Sorry to hear about this! Thanks for elaborating though – this sounds less like an issue with our old hyphenated domain issue, and more like something is wrong on your site itself. I’m sorry to bear that news! But we can work towards a fix there.

    Thanks for this – your information does not show The Events Calendar itself installed on your site…

    Is this the case? That would be odd if it’s not, but if not, please make sure that you have downloaded and installed the latest version of The Events Calendar on your site – you can find The Events Calendar here on wordpress.org → wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar
