I’m rebuilding a site for a client and need to buy Filter Bar and Community Events. The site is on WPEngine and I see from this post –https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/staging-url-questions/ — that there are issues with your licensing.

Have the issues been resolved? How can I be sure TEC and these plugins will work in both the staging and live environments?

    Hi there,

Thanks so much for your interest in our plugins–happy to help clarify this for you! We’re still in the process of exploring options for adding different URL structures to our staging site validation tools, though we don’t have any new information to report at this time. I can confirm, however, that using a single license key across your staging and live environments will work just fine with WP Engine (or any other staging environment of your choice). We have a great post from one of our support team members, George, that sheds a bit more light on the subject:

Hopefully these details will help to set your mind at ease a bit! Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you should have any other questions here. Cheers, and thanks again for stopping by! 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
    The Events Calendar Support Team
