    Hi guys

    Is there a cooling off period on the licence?

    I need to build a site that allows customers to buy a ticket for an event, but also pay in instalments and also download a file once full payment is made. This is going to require a bunch of plugins and ti looks like your plugin (event tickets plus) will be the best way of doing the calendar part, but I won’t know until I’ve tried. I’ll know pretty quickly if they play nicely together, but if not, I don’t want to have wasted my money.

    If it works, I’ll be using it on several sites, so I’ll be buying a multi-site licence.

    However, if they don’t work together, is there a cooling-off period in which I could get a refund?

    Howdy Mike,

    You could definitely refund it. We allow refunds up to 30 days after purchase, for any reason. 30 days is our max though, because our credit card processor will not accept refunds after that.
