    Hi, I contacted you back in August about ticket prices not showing. I never resolved that issue but had to leave the site build for other urgent matters.

    I have now gone back to trying to sort the issue and checked my Licence was showing in the plugin and found it wasn’t showing. On trying to enter the Licence number, which I copied from my account, it came back with a message saying my Licence was invalid but it should be valid until March 2017!

    Could you please advise

    Secondly, I see that your license is currently tied to pagriaclubtest.co.uk , but that you might be working on http://www.pagriatesting.co.uk/dir

    Good evening Nigel,

    Thank you for writing back.

    To move your website, and have it work properly on your new host, you will need to tweak your database a bit (as you found out, simply copying it over will not work).

    There a many great plugins, services and even web hosts that will do this for you (some of them for free). But if you are looking to simply tweak the Database for you: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/

    I understand your instructions to delete the licence on http://www.pagriaclubtest.co.uk but I cannot see or get into any plugins to delete the licence!

    There are a couple of things I am noticing from your screenshots:

    1. The license key will not work since you are entering it in the Events Aggregator field (and not the Events Calendar license field).
    2. For the 404 message, could you:
      1. Make sure your permalinks are set to “/%postname%/”
      2. Re-save your permalinks (under Settings > Permalinks)
    3. It looks like the user you are logged-in under does not have admin rights (last screenshot). Could you try a different user.

    As for the system information, could you simply do a copypaste from the info found under Events > Help . Simply click on “copy to clipboard” and paste it in a private reply.

    I am glad you are making progress on this one!

    2. The 404 message. Where do I find the 404 page to check the Permalinks?

    4. System Info. I have copied the system info to the clipboard and pasted onto a Word document but it wont let me share a Word document on your ticket. It still won’t allow me to tick the box to share the system info for you guys!

    You can simply paste the raw text in the reply OR share your Word document via a link to Dropbox or Google Drive.
