Lay-out issue individual events

Hi there,

I have the following problem with some of the individual events. For some reason it falls back to the default lay-out. None of my set preferences are loaded. It happens only to some of the events (recurring or not) which I have made last week.

Please advice.

Hi Johan,

Sorry to see you here under the circumstances. Do you have any template overrides inside your theme folder? Review our Themer’s Guide if you’re unfamiliar with template overrides.

I’d be happy to help further investigate, but any more information you can provide will be helpful. If you could include step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the behavior, I’ll gladly test on my local site.

Lastly, I see you checked ‘Yes’ to reverting back to the default WordPress theme and deactivating all plugins other than ours as instructed in the Testing for conflicts guide, but can you please confirm this?

If so, did you have WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG enabled on your site’s wp-config.php file? Did/do any errors display at the top of your page as you try to reproduce the conflict? Note what you find and please include it in your reply.

Hey Johan,

Thank you for the update. Can you share a link to an event which is displaying correctly and an event which is displaying incorrectly?

I have enclosed the event log and there you can see that there is also a problem with the permalink of the events. Some recurring events are using /all/.

If this is a separate issue, please create another thread. We try and keep threads minimized to one topic as it helps cut down on confusion.

Thx for your reply. That was a problem as well indeed. By changing the permalink of the event by adding some additional text all issues resolved for now.
