    I have a Pro license and I am a possible former customer of time.ly except… I bought this license as my time.ly calendar was experiencing issues and I have no time to play around with fixes as I need to launch yesterday. The also have a latitude and longitiude option that works great but when I try and use the latitude and longitude options for Events Calendar Pro the options are there but the fields are not allowing for input. This is CRITICAL because many of my events are not in the United States and addresses do not fit cleanly into US address fields.

    Thank you for reaching out to us! I’m very sorry about this issue you are experiencing.

    Can you please make sure that you are using this latitude/longitude format to create your Venue coordinates?
