If you can’t update our plugin via the WordPress back-office, you might have to do a manual update. In order to do so, you should access your FTP. Once you’re there, navigate to “wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/” and delete all files within that directory. Then, you can replace those files by the ones from the latest version of the plugin, which you could find in My Account > Downloads.
