    Hi,

Since earlier in the week the Pro extension crashes my managed wp site. Host says to delete and reinstall plugin, but before I do I wanted to see if this is known problem?
FWIW I have no coding skills. I believe my version of wp is up to date (like I said, it’s a managed site through GD) Thanks, Tim.

Good afternoon Timothy and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We are sorry to hear about the site crashing on you. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic.

As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

At this point, it is hard to say for sure what is causing this. But the system info will help.

Secondly, after a quick database backup (GD can help you with that), you can safely delete your the Events Calendar plugins and reinstall them from scratch. There will be no loss of data.

The latest version of the plugins can be found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Geoff B.
