Label Fields Missing

    Since updating version 4.5.2, when clicking on the required ticket, the custom label field no longer has a description name. In the previous version, you could set the labels in regards to PC or mobile. But I don’t get anything now any of them

    Hi Patricia

    I now realise the issue is to do with my theme, with the theme I’m using being sydney

    I fully understand that may limit the help you can give, but I would appreciate if you could point me in the right direction.

    I have included two screen shots, one using the 2017 theme which shows the labels, and the sydney theme in which it does not.

    Am I correct in my thinking that prior to the update that the Ticket plus had its own settings and allowed you the option to do changes regarding the labels etc. I did do some changes with that but dont see that option available anymore and is that where the fault lies.

    Further update I know remember that the field setting where nothing to with Event Tickets Plus

    Ok…..

    I was just going to say the issue is resolved without showing how stupid I have been!

    Bu thought it was only fair to say that there was nothing wrong with the latest update.

    Perhaps if I hadn’t played around with the themes colours and made the text white may have helped!
