My WordPress version is 4.5.3 and I am using WP Metrics theme, but still i am not able to update my plugin(key validation server is not available).

I don’t find any premium support and did’t find the search bar on my website, purchase this plugin after seeing http://wpshindig.com/events/week/ but still no support or not able to find out the solution.

From your screenshot, it looks like you’re wanting our Filter Bar add-on.

Regarding updates, some users have had issues not seeing automatic updates available in their wp-admin area. I’d recommend Manually Updating your The Events Calendar plugin and your Events Calendar PRO plugin and, of course, we always recommend keeping up with WordPress core updates, too.

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

Filter Bar add-on !!!!
Is that a different plugin ???

Then please refund my money because as per your demo URL there is a calendar with a filtering panel on your demo URL(http://wpshindig.com/events/week/) and that’s the only reason I purchased your product but now you guy’s are saying this. Please refund my money, I don’t want to use your product and one request please remove the filter bar from that calendar pro demo URL otherwise anyone will be confused like me and wasting time with your support system.

WPShindig.com is a demo of all of our plugins, not just PRO. Examples:
