I’m having problems similar to what I saw described in another support thread: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/time-date-issues-after-last-update/.
I first received a report of this issue yesterday, August 10.
In my instance, I see the following issues:
1. Date picker and time are not drop-downs.
2. Time has switched to 24-hour format.
3. The dropdown that allows me to select a venue or add a new venue does not show. When I open up a browser console, I see the following error: “Uncaught TypeError: n.timepicker is not a function”. (I attached a screenshot named tec-new-event.png.)
Also, when I go to Events > Settings and open the browser console, I see a different error: “Uncaught TypeError: e(…).bumpdown is not a function”. I also attached a screenshot named tec-settings.png to show this error.
I have a multisite license and this is happening on more than one site. I changed the theme of one site to Twenty Fourteen and deactivated as many plugins as possible and the errors persist.
I could not deactivate the following plugins because they are network activated: Duo Two-Factor Authenication, iTheems Security Pro, PP Compatibility Pack, WordPRess MU Domain Mapping, WP Migrate DB Pro, WP Migrate DB Pro CLI, WP Migrate DB Pro Media Files, WP Migrate DB Pro Multisite Tools

Reporting the same issue as: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/time-date-issues-after-last-update/August 11, 2017 at 12:29 pm #1334228AndrasKeymasterHi ccisatnu,
Thanks for getting in touch with us! I’m really sorry about this issue you are experiencing.
We are at the beginning of the investigation of this issue.
Thanks for doing a conflict test and sharing the results.
Would it be possible for you to set up a test site where we could do further testing?
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAugust 11, 2017 at 1:56 pm #1334255ccisatnuParticipantThanks for your response Andras. I just checked this thread before heading out of the office for the day. I might be able to set up a testing site on Monday.
August 14, 2017 at 5:41 am #1334882AndrasKeymasterThanks for getting back to me on this.
That would be great! Let me know when you manage to do that. I’ll be here.
Cheers,
AndrasAugust 14, 2017 at 1:53 pm #1335159AndrasKeymasterHey ccisatnu,
Meanwhile we were investigating the issue.
What we have identified so far is that the issue comes up when you have WordPress Address non SSL + Site Address SSL: http://p.tri.be/YcAsQj/1bniqtnn
(There might be other cases as well.)
This will be fixed with the next maintenance release. Until then the workaround is to downgrade to The Events Calendar 4.5.9
or to have both Home and Site URL the same protocol (http or https both).
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released.
If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and reference this one.
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAugust 15, 2017 at 10:44 am #1335622ccisatnuParticipantThanks for your work on this, András.
With respect to the URL issue, I verified that both the home and site URLs use the http protocol. As a result, I downgraded to 4.5.9 and things appear to working normally.
Thanks again and have a good day!
August 15, 2017 at 2:34 pm #1335781AndrasKeymasterThanks for checking that and letting me know.
We’ll update the thread once the fix is out and hopefully that will solve it.
Cheers,

NicoAugust 18, 2017 at 8:24 am #1337358ccisatnuParticipantHi Nico, I noticed the 4.5.10.1 update on my site today and it looks like my issues have been solved.
1. When adding or editing events, the date picker reveals a calendar and the time dropdown functions normally.
2. Time has switched back to my website’s format.
3. I see the normal interface for adding a venue. Also, the console errors I mentioned in my report no longer appear.
Thank you to you and the rest of the TEC team for investigating these issues.
