    Hi, just purchased the woocommmerce plugin today and am having some issues.

    The plus/minus on http://sincitybrewtours.com/event/test-tour/ is on different lines instead of being on the same line.

    You click ‘add to cart’ and the cart total sections appears twice underneath the order: http://sincitybrewtours.com/cart/

    Then you hit checkout and the total is $0… You click place order and are redirected back to the homepage??!

    Please help. I bought this plugin thinking it was configured out of the box…

    Hi Ellen,

    WooCommerce Tickets should indeed work pretty much entirely fine out-of-the-box, but these issues are arising on your site – it seems – from your theme.

    To confirm this, or rule it out, can you run through each of our troubleshooting steps here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

    Check on the behavior and issues you reported here after each step of that process, and see if anything changes, looks better, etc.

    Let us know what you find!

    Thanks,
    George

    Hi thanks for this. I’ve definitely established it’s a theme conflict. But my theme developer is saying they can’t help me!

    What exactly do you guys recommend in these instances? Thanks!

    Hey Ellen,

    Damn, I’m sorry to hear that your theme developer dropped out like that. I’m curious about what the issues could be, sometimes it’s something very simple – if this is not the case, and there’s a complex conflict here, then unfortunately there is little that we can do from our end.

    One thing that might help is to activate your problematic theme, and see if any errors pop up on your site if you head to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    to this:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    If not, then if you upload a .zip of your theme to a site like Dropbox.com or http://ge.tt, and then a share a link to that download here in this thread, we can download it and give it a few minutes of testing to see if the issue is a simple one to fix – if so, we might be able to patch it for you 🙂 But if it’s not clear what the problem is, or it’s a very complex one, we won’t be able to delve into it.

    I’m sorry about the disappointments here, please let us know what you find by doing that WP_DEBUG test, and if you can upload the theme .zip anywhere for us to download it.

    Thank you!
    George
