Can you please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts Guide to see if this can be related to your theme or another plugin you are using? I would like to know if this issue persists with just the Twenty Seventeen theme and Events Calendar plugins enabled, and everything else disabled.
If you don’t have a staging site to test this on, you can use the Healthcheck plugin to view the site in this configuration without affecting the experience of your users.
