I have event tickets plus using woocommerce. Is there a way to set up the ticket to be valid for the whole season, and then go back in after each event and allow them to come to the next one? (if there are 6 events that are spaced a month apart). Or what would be the easiest way to accomplish this with event tickets plus? We have 6 regularly scheduled events, and allow them to pay individually online and at the door, but at the beginning of the season before the first event they are able to purchase a season ticket that is good for all events for that season.

Also is there a way to list the events and not use the calendar from the menu, just have a list of the events?

I am using a test site right now.

    Hey Julie,

What you describe here is unfortunately not possible:

Is there a way to set up the ticket to be valid for the whole season, and then go back in after each event and allow them to come to the next one?

    Sorry to disappoint! 🙁

    As for your question here:

Also is there a way to list the events and not use the calendar from the menu, just have a list of the events?

I’m not quite sure what you mean here, so is there any way you could elaborate a bit? Sorry for my lack of understanding on this!

If you are trying to change the way the list view and/or calendar features display, then unfortunately what you are aiming to do will likely not be possible without writing custom CSS. We cannot help with customizations like that, but in the meantime I would recommend checking out a [free!] tool like Firebug if you use FireFox, or the Developer Tools for either Safari or Chrome. They have “Inspector” tools that let you zoom right over the element whose styles you want to change, which might come in handy…

…but let me know a bit more about what you’re trying to do here and I’ll try offer a more specific answer! 🙂

    Thank you,
    George

So there is no way to have a “season ticket” no work around. I guess this is the recurring tickets problem? If so my second question is probably not going to matter. I purchased this in order to create a site for a user who sells a season ticket, and then individual tickets to events. If we can not have some way to sell a season ticket on line it is probably not worth using.

What I was trying to do was a list, and I wasn’t sure how to accomplish that. I was able to get it to display the calendar, but not a list of the events. Is there an easy way to do that (short code or some page) I was using the event categories to display on a custom menu, but that only gives me a calendar. There may be a check box some where that I have missed.

    Thanks,
    Julie

    Hey Julie,

You mention this in your reply:

If we can not have some way to sell a season ticket on line it is probably not worth using.

If that’s a deal-breaker—because we do NOT have season tickets or full support for recurring tickets—then, while I’m sorry to disappoint, we’re happy to issue a refund in full. Head over to this page to learn how to do that → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/

As for a list of events, there is the default “List View,” but then we also have a shortcode [tribe_events_list] which might suit your needs well. You can learn more about this shortcode and how to use it on this page → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-widget-shortcodes/

    Cheers!
    George
