Is it official distributing site?

Hi,
I really wanted to use pro version of event calendar but 89$ is too much i can afford so i check if there are any other sites that sells your plugins.
I saw plugun on null.market. Link lower

Tell me please if its official way of distribution. im not sure if plugin will be correct for me, and its risky to pay 90$ if i want use the plugin. i hope its some kind of sale and i can go for and buy plugin there
