    When we visit EliteScoop.com/events on an iPhone and click on the date, nothing happens. It does not reveal the class list or descriptions. Is this normal?

    Hey Matthew,

    Thanks for reaching out to us! Let’s see what’s going on here…

    The default behavior when a date is clicked in mobile month view is that the events for the clicked day load under the calendar… Can you please follow the steps described in our Testing for conflicts guide? This way we can see if this is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins, which I suspect might be the case…

    Hi Nico,

    I disabled all plugins and the problem persisted. I then changed from the Genesis theme that I was using to the recommended theme. That seemed to work, but we don’t wish to change themes. Is there a way to know what elements may be blocking the functionality?

    Hey Matthew,

    Thanks fro getting back to me on this, and glad you mentioned the Genesis theme! I could find a logged issue with Genesis + mobile month view.

    Hopefully there’s a fix planned for this, and in the meantime you can add the snippet below to your child theme functions.php file:

    Hey there!

    Just wanted to jump in here and let you know that we released The Events Calendar 4.0.6 last night and it included a fix for this issue. Please check your WordPress updates, or you can also grab the latest copy over at WordPress.org.
