ParticipantI have just purchased this add-on and each time I copy and paste the code I get the following message.
There is a new version of Event Aggregator available but your license key is invalid. You may need to download and manually install the new version. You can check the status of your licenses and download plugins by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com. View what’s new with version 1.0.October 27, 2017 at 10:39 am #1370281Andras
KeymasterHello Grace,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I’m sorry about your troubles. I might be able to help you with this one.
If I understand correctly, then you purchased Event Tickets Plus (ET+).
Based on the information you gave me I assume you are trying to put in the Event Tickets Plus license key into the Events Aggregator field. That usually gives this message.
Based on this, if you would like to activate ET+, then copy the key into the Event Tickets Plus license key field. Wait until the green success message appears and then hit save. (Note: to be able to use ET+ you will also need the free Event Tickets plugin as well.)
If you wanted to purchase an Event Aggregator license instead but put the wrong product in the basket, let me know and I can exchange it for you.
Cheers,

KeymasterNo worries about the questions, Grace. Keep them coming, if there are more. 🙂
Event Tickets is a free plugin, you don’t need a license for that.
Event Tickets Plus is a premium extension that extends the functionalities of ET with being able to sell tickets among others.
You have ET installed already, that’s great!
To install ET+ first you need to download the plugin from your account here at theeventscalendar.com. Download the zip file to your computer.
Then on your website dashboard go to Plugins > Add new. There choose ‘Upload’ at the top and you will be able to browse for the zip file, then install it.
After the installation is done you will need to activate ET+ as well. Once activated you will be able to enter the license key under Events > Settings > Licenses tab
I hope this helps, and I’m here to help should you have more questions. 🙂
Cheers,
