Just purchased Events Calendar PRO, entered the key and this is the error message I get.

“There is a new version of Event Aggregator available but your license key is invalid. You may need to download and manually install the new version. You can check the status of your licenses and download plugins by logging in to your account on theeventscalendar.com. View what’s new with version 1.0.”

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Charles,

Welcome and thanks so much for reaching out!

As a first step, I’d recommend heading over to Events Settings < Licenses and make sure that you have your Events Calendar PRO license number entered in the correct slot, which is the third one from the top.  If that is the case, try deleting the key and re-entering it.  Also, check to see that it says Valid Key underneath the slot when entered.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks,

    Jaime

That’s the only box – there aren’t three of them. See screen shot. I enter the key and still get an error.

    Hi Charles,

In that case, it sounds like you haven’t installed Events Calendar Pro on your site. Download and install Events Calendar Pro on your site, activate it, and then you should be able to see a slot for the Events Calendar Pro license.

Thanks, Jaime. That’s done, now I’m going to open a separate ticket. I’ve made one of my events a recurring one, but there are no future events displayed.
