Instructor field

When adding an instructor to an upcoming class, the link on the website seems to only pull up classes they’ve taught in the past. How can I change it so that the instructor shows their bio which is detailed when adding a new instructor? Once you click on the given url, please scroll down and click on the Instructor’s name (this would be Chef Dan in this case) and notice that the correct url at the top doesn’t bring up the bio on the page. Can this be fixed?

Hi Dan,

By default, the organizer details should show on the single organizer pages. However, these can sometimes be hidden depending on the theme that you’re using. Just to verify that this is what’s happening, can you try switching to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen to see if the details show up?

I took a look at the page you linked to, and it appears that it is using your theme’s archive template. You can try changing the Events template setting under Events > Settings > Display to “Default events template” to see if that gets the organizer details showing. If not, you can do a customization to add the details in. If you go this route, our themer’s guide and functions list are the place to start!
