    Unable to install due to error “The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”. HELP.

    Hi Darryl and so sorry for the trouble with installation!

    It is possible that something has corrupted our plugin. To test this, could you try re-downloading fresh copies? This guide will walk you through re-downloading our plugins and provide a few different methods for installing them.

    If that does not help, will you please let me know and let me know what steps you are using to download and install the plugin?
