ParticipantHi, we collect user information during the registration using Paid Membership Pro plugin. We also have implemented a plugin to add custom fields like First name, Last name, Passport / ID number and stuffs like that. (i have included a scnreenshot of the registration page). So finally, these fields are saved as custom fields in our database.
Now i’ve seen that the registraion fields are not related to the shipping fields of woocommerce.
Is there any way to include
I’ve also included a screnshot of the resulting ticket (you can see the blank purcahser field) and two screens of the same user edit.
In the first the fields collected at the registration, in the second the blank woocommerce fields.

Thanks so much for reaching out!
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
You can copy and edit the email template (tickets/email.php) to include the custom fields that you are referring to. Our Themer’s Guide can walk you through the steps to execute this customization.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
