ParticipantWe created a recurring event with first date in the future.
We set the event start date one day and finish the day after.
The recurrency is every days for two week and we selected “Always visible in calendar”.
After publish we have these situations:In Admin:
on events list we can see just the first date of the serie
In Front End:
on calendar month view we can see just the first date of the serie
In the DB
we can see all dates of the serie. After we change the first date and set it back to the past, when saving we have a strange situation:
In Admin:
on events list we can see just some of the all dates and it is random
In Front End:
on calendar month view we can see just some of the all dates and it is random but same as admin
In the DB
we can see all dates of the serie.some times if we Update the master event of serie we can see more dates or all the dates (correct feature)

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this, and thanks for your thorough information.
Please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, could you please provide me links to the event(s) and its accompanying screenshot(s) of the wp-admin Event/post editor screen where you setup these recurrence rules?
Thank you.

MemberThank you for all those details. I have reported this to our developers because it matches one of our confirmed bugs.
This thread should be updated once the fix is released. It looks like we fixed this in the past but the bug is back again so we’ll get onto it.
Unfortunately, I do not know of a current workaround at this time, but we appreciate your patience and understanding.

ParticipantHi, we have some details that can help you to fix the issue. We have found a workaroud to generate the serie:
whatever is the type of recurrency, we make the follows steps:
– create a recurring event with recurrency type set as Daily and first date of serie set in the past.
– publish the event doing “Save Button” for two times consecutively. (if you do this just one time the procedure lost some dates)
– at last convert the recurrency type (if should be different from daily) to the correct type and save two timesthe described procedure must be done also in all the languages.
have you some news about the resolution of the issue? for us is most important to have a full-working plugin.
thank you!June 8, 2016 at 10:40 am #1124010Cliff
MemberThanks for sharing that additional information. I’ll pass it along to our developers.
I cannot guarantee when any fix will come out, and due to it being WPML, it’s probably not easily snippet-able.
Sorry, but I don’t have any news or estimated fix date for you.

MemberHey @dosmedia
Great news! After a lot of work and effort, we were able to make recurring events compatible with WPML. Our development and QA teams signed off on the feature in Events Calendar PRO 4.3 after working closely with the WPML team to make sure things were working well.
Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on this. We know it has been a long-running item everyone’s wishlist and we couldn’t be more excited to finally get it into your hands.
Cheers,
Geoff -
