Importing (specific) XML or RSS feed with events from another site

Hi;

Our non-profit organization uses WordPress with a free version of The Events Calendar. To create an event we use the mandatory tool offered by our parent organization that publishes it in the organization’s database and website and replicate the event manually on our website using The Event Calendar. The mandatory tool offers an XML feed (published here: https://events.vtools.ieee.org/reports/rss/1/LONG%20ISLAND) and an RSS feed (published here: https://events.vtools.ieee.org/reports/xml/-365/0/asc/1/LONG%20ISLAND) with events. What would be the best way to having an automated import of one (either one) of these feeds into The Event Calendar, so we don’t need to replicate events manually? If this can be solved by purchasing The Event Calendar Pro or an addition (or both), could you please advise and let me know wxactly what is needed? I could not find a clear answer by searching the forums and knowledgebase. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out, and for considering our plugins for your project!

Unfortunately, no, our plugin doesn’t have the capability to import from RSS or XML automatically, though Event Aggregator imports from several other sources, which you can check out here.
