import of facebook events

i’m working on refreshing a website. i have installed 3.11.2 events calendar and 3.11.1 facebook events. in a month view, it doesn’t look quite right.

note: i realize it isn’t licensed in this setup as the license is used for the production website and this website is only temporary and has only been up for a day.

Can you clarify exactly what you mean when you write this:

in a month view, it doesn’t look quite right.

Let us know what you mean and we’ll take a closer look. Please note, however, if what you’re referring to essentially comes down to the display of things in Month View, then that is the result of the way your theme is made to look and we cannot offer support to customize the appearance.

Thanks for posting this @slwinter – this hints at some HTML and/or JavaScript inconsistencies from your theme itself, not The Events Calendar.

Can you try activating a default theme like Twenty Fourteen, and seeing how your month view looks in that theme?

If display issues persist with that theme active, then proceed with the plugin-related steps outlined here → https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

This process will reveal or rule out a plugin or theme conflict, which is a great place to start for the troubleshooting involved with this issue.
