Import not working for certain facebook pages

I have “some” facebook pages where the events will not import? example: https://www.facebook.com/MadOrpheum/
Here is another: https://www.facebook.com/stoughtonoperahouse/

I have the import date range set at 3 months –

I have many others that import just fine? Can you help me identify the cause?

Hi Jim,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue with some of your imports, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.

I tested these links out on my end, but I was able to import from both events from both in my local environment. Can you try importing from https://www.facebook.com/MadOrpheum/ without the “/events/“ on the end (see screenshot)?

Also, is this happening with scheduled imports, manual imports, or both?

Can you please share your system info with me as well?

Thanks for your reply –

We have been able to correct the problem. Found some comments on the forum.
We re-established our connection to FB ( turned it off and on again ) and the problem was solved. All is good at this time
