ParticipantWe have Events Pro, and the calendar has worked perfectly for the last several months. We have changed nothing, and the feed stopped on the 27th. I went in to attempt a manual update, and discovered that the license key for both the Event Aggregator and Events Calendar Pro has the message ” Sorry, key validation server not available”. This is very important and thank you for your help.

ParticipantI was able to remove the license key, disconnect my website from your site and then reconnect it all to get the plug in operational and receive the google calendar import….which is great! However, the import created a duplicate entry for each event. How do I correct this?

ParticipantMy events are multiplying each hour with each update. If you could please take a look at this.

MemberHello Jacqueline!
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for following up with this.
I’m glad to know you could solve the Event Aggregator connection issue.
Unfortunately, we are aware of the duplicates problem with Google Calendar events and the team is already working on it, so I will attach this thread to the bug report so we can let you know as soon as a fix is released.
Actually, I’ve just checked the report and while I cannot commit to a date for when this will be fixed, I can tell it’s possible to be ready for next week’s maintenance release.
The only workaround I’ve found so far is to stop your Gcal scheduled imports from running. I know it’s not ideal but it will at least avoid the duplicates.
I apologise for this inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience in the meantime.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
