Import Eventbrite event status ongoing…

I attached a screeenshot. The eventbrite migration just seems to keep running forever. I just put in an event into Eventbrite and wanted to try importing that into The Events Calendar adn that migration is still running and doing nothing. I am not able to import anything from eventbrite it seems, any help you can provide?

Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂

Is your Eventbrite account under eventbrite.com or are you under another country locale, like eventbrite.ca?

When using a different locale, you will need to install the following extension > https://theeventscalendar.com/extensions/eventbrite-additional-options/ Once installed and activated, a new set of options will be available.

You’ll have to navigate to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > Imports tab, then select the correct Eventbrite Locale and click “Save Changes”.

Once that’s done, you should be able to connect to your Eventbrite account.
