ParticipantNew installation. We have been running WooCommerce for several years but now need to collect attendee information.
In Events/Settings/Tickets you can check boxes for: When should tickets be emailed to customers? The comment below the option says: If no status is selected, no ticket emails will be sent. You can uncheck all the boxes but when Save Changes is clicked, the options “Processing, On Hold, and Completed” are automatically rechecked.
Also have the attendee data not being stored problem.
Running on GoDaddy with backlevel PHP 5.3.24 and MySQL 5.0.96

MemberHey Mike,
Thanks for reaching out!
Sorry for the confusing messaging on the ticket settings screen. What is meant by the message is that it is not possible to not select an option for when tickets are sent. And, if you attempt to select no options, then the plugin will roll back to the default options being set.
I realize that may not be 100% clear and I can totally see how you may have read that as a possible setting to allow no tickets being sent.
I checked in on the attendee meta issue you mentioned and it appears that we are wrapping up development on a fix and it will move onto testing from there. While I do not have a target date for when it will be released, I have added this thread to the ticket in our system and we will be sure to follow-up with you when the patch is released.
Cheers,

ParticipantHello!
I wanted to post a quick note here that we have published a new Maintenance Release today that should address some of the problems with the Attendee Information reported in this thread.
You can read about the details of this release here → https://theeventscalendar.com/maintenance-release-events-calendar-4-4-4-event-tickets-4-4-4-premium-add-ons/
I hope this update helps!
If issues persist, open a new thread in the forums and be sure to include your site’s complete, un-edited “System Information” as per the instructions in this knowledgebase guide.

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
