IE & Microsoft Edge 500 Error

Hello. I am trying to RSVP for an event. It works fine in Chrome but I get a 500 Error in IE & Microsoft Edge. I see another user had a similar issue, but some of the conversation is marked private. I am using Woocommerce to handle the purchase of tickets. I just purchased from you the Events Calendar and Event Tickets plus.

This is the event that is giving me a problem, but the other free event on my site also has same issue.

I’m sorry to hear about your issue and thanks for reaching out! Let me try to help you.

I checked your site with Edge and I see what you mean.

I found some errors in the console. While these might not be related to the issue, it would be well worth to check them out and fix them. Here’s a screenshot.

As a first step please go through our conflict testing guide and check if that uncovers anything.

Let me know the results and we’ll take it from there.
