ical importer only importing all day events

Hello,

I’m running the latest versions for The Events Calendar (v 4.2.4) and ical importer (v 4.2.3). I originally went in to my calendar to clean up duplicate events that were pulling from ical (I think it was pulling duplicates any time an event’s date or time was changed in ical). First I updated to the plugins, then I went in and cleared out the events that were imported from the old version. When I did a new import — only my all day events were brought in. I have since restored my old events as my client needs them up in the mean time. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello James,

Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry you are having this issue.

What happens is that when you delete an imported event, it still remains in the database, only hidden, so the importer will not import it again. There’s a workaround / snippet for this.
