ParticipantThe iCal Importer plugin isn’t importing all of the events from the iCal URL we’re testing with. I set up a recurring hourly import, which grabbed 6 events yesterday, and we’re up to 8 total imported today, but as you can see, there are many many more in the iCal URL. The site is going onto a local intranet, so there’s no public address, but I’ve attached some screenshots below. Let me know if you can shed any light. Thanks!
Screenshots of our site/calendar with the few imported events:

ParticipantHey,
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately I can only send our response to a different email address if the address is changed on the actual account associated with this thread.
As an initial couple of steps for testing:
- Have you tried the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t an existing conflict with another plugin or the active theme at play here?
- When setting up the recurring import, can you ensure that there aren’t any limitations being set on the import that could be preventing the other events from coming over? https://cloudup.com/c3vcXL2D7Kr
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks!

ParticipantHey Josh, thanks for getting back. I did deactivate all plugins (except for the events calendar and ical importer) and switch to the 2014 theme before posting.
Just now, I switched to the 2013 theme and cleared cache, per your suggestion. After doing so, I got the “Your search had no results” error.
I then activated the plugin Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions to clear out deleted event data, as was suggested on another thread (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/can-not-import-events-again-after-deleting-them/), and then re-ran one-time import/search with a start date 11/1, which resulted in 15 events. Far less than the number in the ics file.

ParticipantHey Faysal,
Thanks for following up with us here.
I did a little further testing and found some similar issues that you’re experiencing. To verify, starting from today (11/17) there should be about 40 events to import correct?
When I add the URL for a single import and click “search”, I’m currently getting 22 events available for import. Is this where you’re seeing the 15? Or are you seeing more events available and only 15 are getting imported?
Thanks!
