I purchased the wp-ecommerce ticket and would like to switch to woocommerce

I have a client who is using wp ecommerce, I purchased the wpeccomerce ticket program for $89 and when we tried it out on a test site there were a few things I did not like about how it worked. The user made a mistake in his email, and there was no way to change the order. We had to delete the order and then add a new one. If we were using woocommerce this would not be and issue because I could just change the order to have the correct email. I would like to switch the user over to woocommerce, but I don’t want to have to purchase the plugin for woocommerce as well as wp ecommerce (since I would not be using it). Let me know if this is possible. I am still trying to import all the data from wp ecommerce to woocommerce (the site has been running in wp ecommerce for many years). I would just like to let them know that I will not have to charge twice for the software if we switch to woocommerce. Change causes problems with this user as a lot of their users use the AOL browser. I think woocommerce will work for it, but I need to run a full test with it.

Please let me know ASAP as they are wanting this right away. I started working on it over the holiday, and now it has been several weeks.

Thanks for getting in touch. We’re happy to help. If you’d like, I can refund your purchase of WPEC Tickets so that you can get WooCommerce Tickets instead. However, there’s another solution that I recommend.

We recently released a new plugin called Event Tickets Plus, which is similar to WPEC Tickets and WooCommerce Tickets, but with more features. The former ticket plugins will be retired, and ET+ will continue to get updates. Since you already had a license for one of our legacy ticketing plugins, you’ve automatically been granted a license for Event Tickets Plus. You can see it on your account’s license keys page.
