I need a refund please and help getting the personal subscription instead

I purchased the Events Calendar PRO Unlimited license by mistake. I need to renew our Events Calendar PRO Personal license instead. My work purchasing card was charged so I need help getting the refund made with receipts and invoices for our accounting department. Thank you so much.
