We need to create a Vendor Event Application and Registration….however, this is more of a process rather than a simple form fill.
– First, there is a registration form.
– The registration has to be approved (requiring some type of holding area)
– Once approved and with the approval, an invoice needs to be sent for payment (this can be done via Paypal for example)
– Lastly, a confirmation email has to be sent to the vendor once payment has been received.
We have both Events Calendar Pro and Gravity Forms.
Does anyone have experience how to set something like this up using these two tools? Do we need additional plugins to support this process?
The website is currently in a staging area under development so we have room to test as needed.
