    Hello (ref topic https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-completely-remove-all-traces-of-plug-in-and-install-a-fresh-version/)

    As read in ref topic it seems not easy to re-install Events calendar from scratch.
    In addition I use the Total theme where Events calendar seems deeply integrated : In plug-in section of WP I have no Events calendar folder ! Is that OK ? On an other site I tested, using the standard WP Twenty seventeen theme there is one.

    After having played around with colours in theme and plug-in and tested some functionalities, Because of other problems like empty event page when clicking in calendar to see details, black Day bar, etc. I really would like to get rid of all the settings in Events calendar and restart with a fresh virgin install of that very attractive plug-in.

    Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here! Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide detailed support for issues related to the use of premium themes, as our support team members do not have access to these themes for testing purposes. By default, The Events Calendar will always install to the directory /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/. Any custom installations or theme-specific integrations that relocate the plugin files to a separate location are officially unsupported by us. I’d suggest reaching out to your theme’s developer for more information on how to remove your theme’s TEC integration and perform a clean install!
