MemberHello Sumeru and thanks for reaching out! I’m so glad to hear you purchased the plugins and I hope you really enjoy using them. 🙂
I see the Tickets tab on the page but it just wouldn’t appear on the page no matter what I do.
Will you please check the dates of the ticket for me and send me a screenshot of those settings? The reason I ask is that tickets will not display on the page until they are set to go on sale, so if the sale date is either in the future or in the past, then the ticket form would be deactivated from the page.
Let’s start there and see what we find.
Thanks!

MemberHi Sumeru, hope you had a great weekend!
I want the Event Details and Booking Option only inside the Book Now Tab ideally.
Just to confirm, does the ticket form display on the page if you switch to the default WordPress Twenty Sixteen theme? I want to confirm that because The Events Calendar does not include tabs on event posts like the ones on your site and it could very well indicate a theme conflict.
Let’s try that and see what we find. If the ticket form is still not displayed with Twenty Sixteen active, then we may have to try some deeper troubleshooting steps to pinpoint what’s happening.
Thanks!

ParticipantHi,
Thanks but I’m unfortunately out of time. I did do that. The Tabs page is an existing page on the Website. Rather than Have a Page through the Events Section, I wanted to place it on that page.
Kindly cancel my subscription and issue me a refund according to your no questions asked policy.
I also filled up the form on the page.
Thanks

MemberHi Sumeru,
I’m sorry that Event Tickets Plus did not meet your needs. I’ve refunded the payment and you will see the funds back in your account in 5-10 days.
Best of luck with your project!
