    Hi there,
I have read all over the documentation and the forum as well and can’t find any mention of what I am seeing. I even googled it to see if anyone else has had this issue, no luck. I even went to my web developer for help, and he hasn’t ever seen this. So I am coming to you guys for help.
First, I noticed that this forum seems to relay really complex issues and I apologize that mine isn’t that complex, just the user needs help, lol!! 🙂
So, if this is not where I should post this please let me know.
I am using the calendar pro plugin and my calendar looks as I expected it to.
My problem is when I click on a single event (Day) in the calendar, I am seeing all the event titles happening that month in that single event’s (Day) description.

For example, My single event is scheduled on april 27th and titled, I love Dogs.
When i click on the event in the calendar on april 27th I am supposed to get a detailed description of what that event entails.
But instead I see three titles (all event titles from the same month)
    It looks something like this
    >>All Events> I love Dogs> I love Cats > I love Horses> Event Navigation > I love Dogs> then the description of I love Dogs event.
I don’t want to see All Events listed in there.

So I go to the Event page I love Dogs, and view it, I see that there is indeed the two titles above on that event page.
So, logically thinking I go to edit it to remove them, but they are not there.

Per the demos that I see on the site, there is a way to do way more complex stuff then this, so I know that there should be a way to remove All Events from displaying in a single event description.

I have the URL below so if you go to the calendar and just click on an event for that month you should see what I am talking about
Please let me know if I can provide anything further and thanks so much for your time.

    Hi Monica,

Thank you for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help 🙂

I had a look at your website and noticed your problem. First thing I would do would be to re-save the permalinks (you can access this page from your WordPress back-office, in Settings > Permalinks).

If that doesn’t change anything, I would need more information from your website to help you further — please read this page about how to share your system information with us.

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

Thanks Jeremy. I have added my system information. I tried the permalink trick, but that didn’t work.
I used the automatic method by clicking the checkbox under Help under Events in my WP admin console.

Please let me know if that doesn’t work.

    Hi Keri,

It seems the automatic method didn’t work — I can’t access your System Information. Could you copy the information in Events > Help > System Information and paste them in your reply? (please be sure you set your reply as “Private”).

    Best,
    Jeremy

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
