    We have events where a single person will purchase, for example, 4 tickets on behalf of other attendees. Under this scenario, we only know who the ticket purchaser was and not the names of the other attendees.

    The only way I can think of to get around this would be to limit any single transaction to purchase one ticket. I don’t see anyway where we can do this using Event Tickets Plus.

    Is there a way we can capture attendee names associated with additional block ticket purchases so that if someone purchases 4 tickets we get the 4 names of the people associated with each ticket not just the purchaser?

    Absolutely. To achieve this you need to use Event Tickets Plus’ additional attendee information feature.

    Any additional attendee information field added in this way (i.e.: Attendee name in your case) will be multiplied by the number of tickets purchased.

    Yes! That was exactly what we needed! Sorry for not figuring that out before. It was a little unclear what that part of the plugin was for. I thought it was to capture additional information of the purchaser not for all of the other tickets. Makes perfect sense now though. :-}
