If you want to add the ticket description to the ticket emails you will need to do a not so simple customization and you surely need some php basics to do this.
Just to set expectations right, let me tell you that we can’t give support for customizations like that as stated in our terms and conditions. That said, we really do like helping out and pointing the users into the right direction.
If you decide to give it a go, a good starting point would be the Ticket Email Template located in /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
