    Hello all,

    Im almost finished with my set up to sell tickets. However I have the following question:

    How can I add ticket information on the actual ticket itself (the one with the QR code).

    At the moment my ticket is lacking information about what the ticket is about and I would like to add that. It would be great if the description would be there. But I dont know anything about changing php!

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks for reaching out to us! It’s good to know you are almost finished with setting everything up. 🙂

    If you want to add the ticket description to the ticket emails you will need to do a not so simple customization and you surely need some php basics to do this.

    Just to set expectations right, let me tell you that we can’t give support for customizations like that as stated in our terms and conditions. That said, we really do like helping out and pointing the users into the right direction.

    If you decide to give it a go, a good starting point would be the Ticket Email Template located in /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php
