How do I transfer my license key?

My license is due for renewal this month, however, I’ve sold the site I was using the plugin on. What’s the best way to allow the new owners to continue using the same key for the plugin? Or do they need to buy their own key if they want to continue using it? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us.
I would love to help you with this topic.

The easiest way to go about this would be to leave your license in there until it expires and let the new owners get their own license key.

As you can see here, there is very little consequence to a license expiring (aside from the unavailable updates).

Once the new site owners purchase their new licenses, they will simply need to go to Events -> Settings -> Licenses and punch-in their code. This will re-enable updates and most importantly, it will give them access to premium support.
