(How) can my users add a registration option to their events?

Is there a possibility to create a community event with the possibility to register (functionality of the plugin “Event Tickets”) WITHOUT access to the backend? I want my users to create events with their own guest lists.

With our Community Tickets add-on, users can create tickets for their events right from the Community Events Submission form on the front end.
